Welcome to VIRION (Virtual Reality applied to school education)!

Our project aims to improve the acquisition of skills in STEM subjects and is co-financed by the European Union’s Erasmus+ program. As part of this project, four freely available VR environments for STEM subjects, recommendations for the use of virtual reality (VR) in school lessons and other results were developed, which can be found on this website.

Creating attractive and responsible media literacy projects is a challenge that requires schools, teachers and students to work together to be successful. VIRION’s goal has been to initiate this. Aspects such as educational community, learning outcomes, improving skill acquisition and much more were our main goals.

Our proposal focuses on the use of virtual reality through the use of VR glasses, in which students interact with the educational content that is developed according to the pedagogical needs of the teachers.
