This week, we continued testing the Virion VR applications with teachers and students from IES Margarita Salas and IES La Arboleda, two schools participating in the project. These sessions are an important step in understanding how Virtual Reality can be effectively integrated into everyday STEM teaching.
During these tests, students had the opportunity to explore the VR software designed as part of the VIRION project, which aims to enhance engagement and comprehension in STEM subjects. Teachers, having been trained on the technology, guided their classes through the activities, observing how VR could complement their existing teaching methods. This phase also allows us to gather valuable feedback, helping to fine-tune the software so that it meets the practical needs of both educators and students.
We’re grateful to the teachers and students for their involvement and insights, which are essential to making the project successful. These classroom experiences are not just a test of the technology, but also an opportunity to learn how it fits into the dynamics of teaching and learning. We look forward to continuing this process with other schools and sharing updates as the project progresses.
