VIRION at the Erasmus+ 2022 Cooperation Partnerships Follow-Up Meeting

The Virion team participated in the “Jornadas de seguimiento de Asociaciones para la cooperación de la convocatoria Erasmus+ 2022”, a significant event bringing together over 200 institutions involved in Erasmus+ projects. Held at the Universitat Politècnica de València, the meeting served as a platform to evaluate the progress of ongoing projects, exchange ideas, and discuss the challenges and opportunities in collaborative educational initiatives.

The agenda included practical sessions on key aspects of project management, dissemination strategies, and ensuring sustainability. Participants engaged in workshops addressing the use of open licenses for educational materials, the design of impactful project websites, and tools for connecting opportunities and people. Discussions also focused on navigating contractual implications as projects approach completion and preparing final reports to share results and best practices effectively.

A highlight of the event was the intersectoral roundtable, where participants explored the diversity of Erasmus+ cooperation projects and identified key factors for success. This collaborative space allowed attendees to share insights, celebrate achievements, and brainstorm innovative approaches to maximize the impact of their initiatives.

For the VIRION project, this meeting was an opportunity to present our progress in integrating Virtual Reality into STEM education and to exchange perspectives with other professionals. The enriching conversations and shared experiences reinforced the importance of cross-institutional collaboration in driving educational innovation.
We left the event with fresh ideas and renewed motivation, eager to continue advancing the goals of VIRION and contributing to the broader Erasmus+ community.
