VIRION Project presents a package of four applications to help the teaching community determine how virtual reality should be applied in the official education system of the European Union. These apps are presented to you below and can be downloaded and used by the entire educational community without restrictions and free of charge. They are available in five languages (see below).

They are created by the VIRION project team, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme and formed by the Rey Juan Carlos University (Madrid, Spain), HafenCity Universität (Hamburg, Germany), Lappeenranta–Lahti University of Technology (Finnland), the Tsar Simeon Veliki European Schools Network from Bulgaria and the Spanish VR studio Premium VR, which created these immersive experiences.

Below you find information on the four apps, their use, and general guidance on how to install them on a Meta VR device.

Language

The VIRION Apps are available in Englisch and the languages of the VIRION consortium (Bulgarian, Finnish, German, Spanish). The apps start automatically in the language that is the default language of the VR headset, if this is one of the five languages mentioned, or alternatively in English. However, the language can also be customized in the app menu (“Change Language”).
